Good Food at a Good Price 8/16/2005

Top Notch has a decent menu, and their food is good and is priced fairly. Their cream of potato soup is very good. On the rare occasion that something is not cooked right, they do not hassle you about taking it back. Their wait staff is very friendly and they make sure you have what you need. One thing that is different about them and that I don't like is there is no free refills on soft drinks. There are free refills on coffee and I believe also on iced tea. more

Good before now just disgusting. 8/15/2005

Top Notch Restaurant was a great place to eat in. Now it's just disgusting. Two of the plates we ordered had hair. The food was dry and cardboard like. They have average prices. I don't know why they changed like that. It used to be my favorite place to eat. Customer service is speedy and friendly. Just the food is bad at this place. more
