I received my Valentines flowers one day late. Not only did I receive them late, but the flowers looked like they were at least 4 days old, definitely not fresh. The arrangement looked like it was arranged by a novice. The yellow/white colors weren't the colors expected or advertised by 1800flowers. Everything you can imagine was wrong with this delivery.
The delivery person finally arrived with the flower arrangement on Feb.15th. Before she delivered the flowers to me she called twice because wasn't sure what entrance to use. [there only 2 in the building] Yes, I ended up coming outside my apartment to greed her at the car. Really? Don't make an already upset customer walk outside to greed you. It's really not that big of a deal to get out the car and find the correct entrance.
I received a short mumbled excuse about being a day late, but no reason whatsoever why. Oh, and I I received an excuse about the look of the arrangements...tulips just do that. That was her excuse to me.
Uhm....NO tulips don't just do that!!!!!
I would never order from this company again. In fact I kept their business card only to make sure I will not order by mistake.
