Last week my husband came home to say we were hosting a party for his work friends. It was last minute and I was freaking out since now we have a dog and their is hair everywhere. I just returned from living in New York City and called TLT who cleaned for me 12 years ago. They were booked solid but gave me an appointment with Carleys Cleaning another company in center city. TLT staff was kind and responsive to my call. They created a miracle since my condo was under construction and they handled me with kid gloves. Once my cleaning was done TLT called to follow up with me to make sure I was happy. Then I got a call from one of the owners at Carleys too. These two businesses are professional and all about follow up. I am a single mom with a dog and a small business so my time is short. Pros: Prompt Productive Professsional & Detailed more

Gold Medal for Performance 8/15/2008

Gold Medal Award to the staff at TLT who cleaned scrubbed and shined my home. Faucets were sparkling, mirrors shiny and blinds have no dust or grime. With pets kids and busy life and no hubby I am a busy mom. I panic when a family member called to say they are coming to Philly this weekend and asked my neighbor for the number of her cleaning company. Thank God someone cancelled last minute I got there appointment. Wow my home is amazingly clean, smells great and I can see the shine on my furniture. A team of 2 people worked for 3.5 hours non stop. My babysitter was here while they cleaned and was impressed too. Pros: Expert Friendly Mature Cons: too many customers lol more

Ask for Kelly -- Best person I ever had in years --- 7/30/2008

After two weeks on wait list --- I had Kelly come to my two bedroom apartment and was so thrilled with her work ethic, professionalism and hard work. She is the best house cleaner I have ever had. The concierge in our building recommended TLT. What they say here is true ~ Worth the wait. Pros: Attention to detail trained professional and cared for my things more

Thanks for great recommendation I love Carleys Cleaning too 7/24/2008

This week I got an email that my old classmate and her husband are coming to Philly and needed a place to crash for a night. My 2 story 2 bedroom home in Fishtown was packed with dust bunnies etc. TLT was boooked solid but gave me a name for another great company called Carlys Cleaning located in center city. They are amazing -- trained professional prompted and so sweet. So if you peeps cant get an appointment check out CarleysCleaning d o t c o m for sure Or just wait for an opening with Too Little Time. Its been over 8 years of dedication and service and TLT is for real 7/8/2008

Every month my home is cleaned by two cool hip people who really take pride in their job. Over the years I have had several different staff members who moved on but each person was respectful kind and dedicated. Once my photo frame was broken but a kind note was left and a voice mail from the office indicating they would handle promptly. My neighbor Ellen recommended Lorraine but she was booked so Christine showed up with Beth. Both were college students studing to be teachers. Now I have Maryellen and Leah who clean my place once a month. They have been with me for 18 months. So I can say --- this company is FOR Real. Life is a mirror ---you get back what you give and if you dont like what you see in others its something in you that you dont like. I waited 3 weeks and it was worth the wait ~ 7/4/2008

Well I did wait a few weeks on a wait list and was very happy with the team who came out. Noreen & Jackie were very poliet professional and prompt. They even sweeped my back patio. Rebecca who answers the phone was great and offered another company Carleys cleaning but I decided to wait for the an opening. My house was cleaned again today the 4th of July a national holiday. Busy professional found a Rare Gem Happy to Post Review 5/22/2008

I am too busy to be cleaning my toilets and doing general dusting. Had to tell everyone how excited and happy I am with my house cleaner from TLT. Each year they come to do a deep spring cleaning and even made me an appointment with a window washer. Very kind woman came this year again for two solid days. My home is sparkling like a diamond. New Home Owner - Happy that my ne House is Clean & Sparkling 5/16/2008

Hey Chal you need to call these girls in center city. Two cool hip chicks arrived in a professional t shirt with cool cat luggage bag. Thought they were moving in. For 3 hours they scrubed wiped and cleaned my new house. No more dust and cat hair from the former owner. Thanks to my Pru Fox realtor who recommend Too Little Time. They even adjusted my invoice and send me a refund for $20. So now I have some beer money. Pros: Honest Professional Trained Communicate and Return Calls Follow up Clean Well Cons: Expensive Had to wait a week they only clean not Cook LOL more

Best Kept Secret in Philly 5/6/2008

The GF made me get my pad cleaned this week and made me pay for it as well. i had no cllue who to hire a cleaning company nor who to call. Thank God for citysearch and for the reviews. Rock Star House Cleaning & Concierge Services 4/27/2008

Too Little Time is like the Four Seasons and their staff is the elite of concierge & cleaning industry. Who has time to write reviews in this busy age. Well I wanted to take the time to write a review and let you all know how wonderful and professional they are at TLT. Yea -- you might have to wait a few weeks or be put on a wait list but in the long run its worth it. They come when they say they are coming. Show up and act like professionals and do their work. I have been a client for many years and refer them to my freinds and neighbors. On the ball ---Even picked up supplies at the last minue 4/25/2008

My former cleaning lady took my cleaning supplies along with my watch. I hired TLT based on the review here and was a bit nervous. Finally hired them last week. My home is not clean and sparkling too. I waited almost 2 weeks but well worth the wait. Diane & Lindy were SUPER. Too Little Time staff are amazing group of people who really know about customer service and delivering great service. Top of the line and worth every dollar. I wasted too many months with another service who did not train there staff and was frustrated. This company understands what needs to be done and goes above and delivers outstanding work. Impressed with Staff and work ethic 3/25/2008

After a year with United Maids frustrated with their lack of unprofessional staff I found TLT on citysearch and my home sparkled shine and smelled AWESOME. My husband is busy business person and I am a work warrior with little time and energy. I highly recommend Diane & LeeAnn as well as Mary. Its always the same team Di & LeAnn. With 3 kids and 3 dogs living in Fishtown and a busy career my home gets neglected often. After Claudia and Pauline scub and cleaned my house they even let my dogs out in the back yard. Outstanding service and Wonderful staff. They are worth every dollar. What is great is the the company really cares about its clients as well its employees. Its a team effort. Cleaning GURU its True 12/25/2007

After moving in together with my messy boyfriend and his dog I had to get some help for the holidays wth cleaning. Walks in is Linda & Rose with a happy face in professional attire handing me their own business card as if they were the owners of the company. Three hours later my house shined, sparkled and was transformed. I was so shocked at their level of attention to details and care. My neighbor highly recommended them and offer me her cleaning spot since she was going away for the holidays. I am so glad since there is a long wait list for the girls who cleaned my place.
