Amazing! 6/2/2011

I've been a customer at a very ""high end"" shop in Beaverton for quite some time but they never got things right the first time...ever. So I decided to give Tommy's a try based on reviews here and I have to say they definitely lived up to them. I had them tint the windows on my brand new 2012 Ford Focus and they did a perfect job - and I'm your stereotypical perfectionist. The girl at the counter was extremely knowledgeable and informative about the different tints and easily helped me make a decision. Every person I had contact with there made me feel like a valued customer. They have a lifetime customer as far as I'm concerned. Highly recommended. more

Highly recommend 5/30/2011

I recently bought a new car and wanted to have my windows tinted. Not knowing which product to buy, I checked with several companies including Tommy's. Not only were their prices better than competitive, they didn't make me feel as if I was being sold something just because of brand name and they didn't pressure me to buy. They did the job quickly; their staff is polite; the vehicle was spotless when they finished. Tommy and Drew run a business that I will not hesitate to refer . more

Best Auto tinting in Portland, Oregon 4/16/2011

WOW, this is how all businesses should be. Tommy was there himself and we went over tinting and laws in Oregon, We came in First thing Saturday morning and was out with in 2 hours. a perfect job. this is a family run business where the have combined knowledge of over 40 years of experience. they do the job right and they use the best products. go there now if you want tinting. After having a new rear window put in and a custom fin, I took my car to 2 tint places and they both said they couldn't do it because of the curve of the glass. Then I took it to Tommys. They looked at it and explained to me that they could get it done! When they finished, I was amazed! They did an awesome job. I will return there for future tinting and refer these guys to others as well. Note: They were cheaper than the other 2 places! THANKS GUYS!!! more

Tommys Window tinting 4/9/2011

I love these guys. I have been to a lot of businesses before but I have yet to find anyone that could even compare to these professionals. I love the tint job on my Chrysler 300 and to boot I asked Tommy about anyone he could recomend for some custom exhaust work, he knew just the place. Thank you Tommy I wish you all the best success. And thank you Drew I felt welcome there. I WILL return in the future for any tint work needed. more

A business with integrity!!! 3/18/2011

I have never written an internet review before, but Tommy's has earned the highest praises! They did a fantastic job on my window tinting, but even more importantly, they are a stand-up business. I recently purchased a used Honda Civic and brought it to Tommy's to tint the windows for UV protection. As they were working on it, a probably-pre-existing crack in the glass became an issue. Tommy took full responsibility, even though it was most likely not his fault in any way. At his own cost, he ordered the replacement glass and installed it the next week. I did not have to fight or argue or even ask for the ""right thing"" to be done--Tommy stepped up and did it, and then took further actions to go above and beyond. I cannot recommend Tommy's highly enough-- an outstanding, honorable, professional local business! more

These guys have the best customer service... 1/21/2011

These guys are good. I use them to tint all of my vehicles (and I go through a lot).You are always treated with the upmost respect when you talk to them over the phone or in person. I just actually waited for the front windows of my Avalanche to be tinted and it was refreshing to see how they treat every customer. It's alway mam or sir and they actually care about making you happy which is something that seems to be fading especially in the automotive business. It goes without saying their tint work is as good as it gets. more

My car looks amazing! 10/18/2010

I recently bought a new Subaru that looked like a fishbowl with no tint on the windows. After research and several local recommendations, I took my car to Tommy's. Having owned a tint shop several years ago, my expectations for customer service and quality work were high. My expectations were blown away! Every staff member at Tommy's was super nice and very helpful, especially Tommy himself. When my car was finished, I was extremely excited to see how great it looked. I humbly have to say that Tommy and his staff did a much better job than the work my shop performed. If you are looking for a shop to have your windows tinted, I highly recommend the friendly service and care at Tommy's. Thanks again Tommy and crew! more

Best Place to Go! 10/10/2010

Tommy's Window Tinting was recommended to me several years ago by my 2 sons. I don't know how they happened upon Tommy's but it sure has been a great find. Tommy's has done a number of my personal cars as well as family and friends cars. I have no problem recommending Tommy's Window Tinting to anyone as I know they will take very good care of your Vehicle and you will be most pleased with your end result. Simply the best customer service 6/1/2010

I brought a 2010 Jetta in for paint protection. Tommy personally put the job together and everything was done to my satisfaction and on time. It is very difficult to find this type of customer service anymore. I definately will return and I have already recommended to my friends. Pros: Old fashioned customer service with a smile more

Im definitely going to be a repeat customer 4/20/2010

I took my '99 Jetta to Tommy's to fix some old tinting that was literally falling off the windows. They removed the old stuff and re-tinted all four doors and the rear windshield for a very fair price. Best of all, my car looks amazing. The staff are very friendly and obviously know their stuff. I recently cracked my windshield and I will definitely be going to Tommy's to get it replaced. I'll be recommending them to everyone I know. Pros: Lifetime warranty more
