I am VERY petite and was having so much trouble finding a dress that would fit appropriately (even after alterations) that I thought a custom made dress at Tomasina would be worth the cost. I discussed with the owner what I was looking for, and she argued about what I wanted. Then, when I tried on the dresses she wanted me to, she kept exclaiming about how my chest was so small and I had no chest. Then, with another dress that she suggested, she told me I didn't have the hips to pull it off. Finally, she told me that I should go look somewhere else. It is bad enough that I didn't find a dress, but now I feel even more terrible about my body. Do not go here unless you are prepared to have the faults of your body pointed out to you multiple times. more

The dresses are stunning, and they are created for you, so they fit perfectly. My bridal dress was gorgeous and the owner treated me and my mom like we were family. Every appt was private, no other customers, and we got the owner's full attention. The store was clean and modern, and the service, quality of the dresses, and even the store were so much better than Anne Gregory. My veil was also custom-made. My friend wore Vera Wang from Ann Gregory, and I can honestly say my dress looked much better. Definitely go to Tomasina if you can afford to pay quite a bit, it will be worth it I promise.
