Toshi is a genius in the kitchen, and it's his subtle touch that makes the difference. Try his appetizer teryaki chicken wings. They are crisp and tender and sweet and salty all at the same time. How does he do it? Ask to buy a bottle of the restaurant's teriyaki sauce. Thier sauce is better than most of the off-the-shelf sauces and perfect for home barbecue, stir fry or meat fondue. The sunomono is always crisp and fresh tasting. I just wish they served it at lunch as well as dinner. Think about this restaurant next time you have an office party. Tokyo is just an all around fun time. Great food, drinks and music. Be sure to say hello to Tommy and Toshi, the owners. It's a fun place to hang out without the pressure of pick up lines.
