Two of us had dinner on September 3, 2006 around 8pm. The first thing I noticed was the air conditioning was either turned off or broken. The host was not sure whether to seat us. He wrote our names down and walked away. Another group behind us was greeted by another person and they were seated immediately. The food was scary, the fish did not taste fresh. It felt dirty and the food service and hosts were disorganized. Later that night, I was sick from eating there. We have tried Todai before and didnt like it but we had an Entertainment Book coupon and decided to give it one more chance. After our meal the manager said he would not honor our coupon from the Entertainment Book, imagine that! He said that Entertainment Book renewed them and did not have permission to do this and he would not honor it. He gave us $10 off, big deal...with a buffet of awful food that made me sick later, he could have at least tried to keep us as customers, and instead we paid $58 for dinner and two sodas. Ridiculous! Goodbye Todai...NEVER AGAIN.
Cons: Chaos, food that will make you sick, overpriced
