On numerous occasions, the receptionist at TLC Healthcare was very unprofessional and made me and my children feel very unwelcome in Pam Boni's office. One time, she gave my daughter (who was anemic) a protein powder she keeps below her desk so my daughter could make herself a protein drink. It's unethical for a receptionist to be despensing anything from her desk. It was in a ziplock....I had no idea what she had given her!! Then, anytime I wanted to make or change an appt., the receptionist acted as if I was bothering her....disrupting her day. She never made us feel welcome or important....she always makes us feel like we are making her ""work.!"" We only continued to go to TLC because of Pam.
