The van drivers are unsafe.... think twice before putting your loved ones in the care of this company. I was witness to the carelessness of a driver one day when I was coming home from a class. Weaving in and out of traffic and speeding to get to where ever he needed to be... he put everyone on the road at risk. more

Beware T.L.C Courtesy coach!! 8/25/2009

Beware of T.L.C Courtesy coach. Their company is designed to transport their ""patients"" as quickly as possible. The owner jeopardizes the patient's safety, and well being. Roland Malapaya the owner/manager holds absolutely no regard for their company. Pros: There are'nt any!! Cons: Disrespectful, self absorbed owner/manager! more
