Tire shop gave me great advice and help on choosing tires for my Ford explorer and a good price for a set of Firestone Destinations 235/65/18s. They provided good service and even identified a wheel bearing problem that they fixed on the spot. They finished everything in 2 hours. I am very happy with my new set of quiet, tires and they perform great. more

I've been bringing my vehicles to The Tire Shop for over three years and have never had a problem. I'm a little surprised at the bad reviews because I've never experienced any of those issues. The guys at the counter have always been nice and the work has always been honest. more

We've been bringing our vehicles to your shop for 8 years and will continue to do so as long as we live in the area. I send everyone I meet to your shop and tell them the story of the first time I cam there with a problem and was told nothing was wrong with my car. Same warranty and value as Costco, except you are supporting a locally owned business and with an appointment, don't have to wait 3 hours!! Great customer service & staff. We will use them for all of our future tire needs! more

I just wanted to commend you for the excellent service I received last Friday. I thought I was having a flat tire, so I went straight to the Tire Shop. Even though you all were busy, Jamie graciously agreed to have someone take a look at the car. Your mechanic, Andrew, went above and beyond the call of duty both in diagnosing the problem (missing caliper slide pin bolts) and in doing everything necessary to have the problem corrected immediately. Thank you so much for the courteous, professional services I received. I truly appreciate it. more

Yesterday I was in your store to get a set of tires and when I got there I saw two other people there that work at Wegmans with me. Wegmans is know for it great customer service. The three of us agreed that we would not take out cars anywhere else than The Tire Shop. Says a lot about your shop to have a few Wegmans employees in there at the same time, we know what great service is. I always leave happy. Thank you. more

The name can be deceiving since you figure they strictly deal in tires and small repairs. Nothing can be more from the truth. Customer service is amazing but what really surprised me is that the Tire Shop has some amazing mechanics that can do it all. Andrew and Rusty have always been remarkable when it comes to caring about your needs. They treat you like part of their own family recommending the best possible solutions and products for your needs. My wife and I have been loyal customers since moving down from Philly in 2006. more

Nobody likes to go to an automotive repair facility, because it typically means that something is wrong and it is going to cost money to fix it. I needed quite a bit of work done (procrastination on my part) and they were able to get it done in a timely manner. The prices were comparable and the staff was helpful. They explained the pros and cons of different tire options for me and the staff has mastered the art of not ""talking down"" to the customer. more

I am not typically the type of person to write reviews unless it was really bad or really good. The service I recieved at the Tire Shop was really good and deserves recognition. It is nice to have a place to take my car where I feel comfortable. more

I have always owned Audis's and have always had bad experiences with all the dealerships within 50 miles of Leesburg. Andrew went way above the call of duty for me by speaking to Audi on a possible recall issue which would of cost me thousands of $ to get repaired without an Audi dealership getting involved. He made the appointment for me and spoke to the Tech at the dealership. After the car was getting worked on by the dealership, Andrew followed up with the actual mechanic to make sure everything was being done correctly. When he found out I also had some issues that did not fall into the recall category he made sure I was not going to get ripped off. Of course I am now bringing the car back ""HOME"" to the Tire shop to have the needed repairs and save $600. \r \r Thanks Andrew and the Tire shop. more
