Tire Kingdom

I went to tire kingdom to get three new tires. While I was there they discovered that my brakes were very worn. They took a long time to replace everything. Today when I was washing my car I noticed the tire covers were all discolored, almost like a liquid was poured on them. I took the car over to Tire Kingdom, they immediately replaced my covers with brand new ones, no questions asked for FREE! I was very impressed by all of this. They were honest and very helpful. Nice to see for a change. more

Have dealt with these guys several times and found them honest and they have consistently provided good quality and service. They even told me I did not need a $300 brake repair after keeping the car for a few hours. Just needed a hose reconnected. UPDATE: I have had different experience since a prior manager left. I have suspected that I was being "sold up" when taking the car in for service. I had one person complain that she was treated rudely. Another guy told me his rear brakes were "to the metal" and had to be replaced. He refused and subsequently had the pads pulled. There was still wear on all of the pads even though one was worn. I have lowered my rating from 4 stars to 2 (OK). If there are other negative experiences I will lower my rating to 1. If service improves, I will raise my rating. UPDATE 2: Frank is back as service manager. I have raised my rating to a 3 pending some work that we are having done within the next few days. UPDATE 3: We just had several things done to the car. My confidence in this particular Tire Kingdom is restored to a higher level. UPDATE 4: We had some work done yesterday and both Cooper and Frank were in. The service was good and Cooper was attentive, efficient and helpful. more
