Tips 2 Toes

I went to this place for the first time, after reading decent reviews. My pedicure was slightly rough, but I was pleased because the colors looked good. But sure enough, the same woman was FLYING through my manicure and ripped off a piece of my ring-finger cuticle! It started bleeding down my finger and she apologized but I felt sick for the rest of the manicure. No infection yet, though I'm crossing my fingers. My friend had a different manicurist who did a decent, careful job on both her pedi and mani but the following morning my friend discovered a round cut on her foot from the pumice stone and it started bleeding to the touch. Maybe we had a bad experience (on a busy Friday afternoon) but I'd rather die than go back again. Be careful! more

Grrr! The last time I ventured into this establishment, I had high hopes of getting a relaxing pedicure. Sure, the massage chair I sat in was nice, however once my nail technician started, it was pure agony. She was very rough and did not take her time with what she was doing to my poor feet! She was more interested in talking to another technician. When she painted my French manicure on my toe nails, right away I could see that the white lines were crooked and were very sloppily done. I left out of there mad and did NOT tip her. What a waste of money and time! I will NEVER go back again! more

This is a great place to get a mani / pedi if you are in the Brier Creek area. It is very clean and spa like. They are usually busy, but I have never had to wait very long. They have a wide array of colors to choose from. The manicurists are friendly; however, they do talk on their cell phones a lot! They do a good job of massaging your arms and legs. I enjoy the scented scrubs and lotions that they have. They are a bit higher priced, but being in a mall area, I would expect that. more

On a cold day I decided to get my brows waxed. The girl was quick and it was more painful than normal, but not many places are as good as Nail Image! Well I felt her put her arm on my head but thought nothing of it. Well I looked at my brows in the micro mirror and put my hat on, paid and left. I got back and noticed my hair had a huge glob of wax! I called and of course the manager would call me "right back" or NEVER! I am highly recommending you run away from this place even if it is convenient! more

As I entered, the setting was so beautiful and calm. I went to go pick out colors and there was an amazing selection of colors here and there. When they finished my pedicure, it was the best job that I have seen in years! It was perfect and shiny in every way. My feet were so much softer too! I think it deserves a five star rating! more

I just love Tips 2 Toes! It is located in Brier Creek, which is very convenient with lots of shopping around. The inside is very nice for a nail salon and there are great massage chairs which add to the great experience! I adore the staff there and have a regular girl who does my nails. I always leave here a happy customer! more

Tips 2 Toes is in Briar Creek Commons and stays very busy most days. Most of the patrons keep to themselves and read books or magazines. Sometimes a bridal party or group of women is there and it makes the entire room feel like a fun social. The staff is nice and the place is very clean. They offer their customers drinks and candy, which is a first for me at a nail salon. There are plenty of nail colors to choose from and the massage chairs make the trip that much more special. I have seen both men and women frequent Tips 2 Toes. more

This is the only place I have ever gotten a pedicure. Things got out of control and I took myself to tip to toes to get things back in shape. they were very helpful, explained what was going to 9since it was my first time) and made me feel very comfortable. I left looking and feeling great. more
