Avoid It 4/4/2007

Rude and unknowlegeable employees, including owner. Cigar prices are too high and stock often not properly humidified. Would recommend Tobacconist of Cary or Capital Cigars of Raleigh where employees are friendly and knowledgeable over this store. Website claim of largest humidor in Triangle is far overstated. more

Avoid the bad customer service 8/26/2006

All you can say for this business is that it is located in a major mall. The tobacco is average, the service is rude, so I suggest going to another tobaccoist, there are to many in the area to have to deal with poor customer service. more
