"This is the second time I've taken my car into you people and if I wasn't satisfied the first time I wouldn't have been back the second time. First of all you got a nice facility up there where you can sit, relax and wait for your car because we're from out of town. So, we don't have no place to go or do or whatever. The big balded guy, Steve something I think his name is, he told me it would be about a hour-and-a-half or so to do what they got to do with it. I said that's fine. It didn't even take that long. He come out and told, said your car is all ready to go. It was just a little over an hour. He was very good about it. When we come back to Utah I got a daughter that lives in West Jordan, when we come back in there and the car needs servicing we'll know where to take it. I think the biggest thing is you guys do quality work, everybody there is very friendly, they make you feel like you're the only customer in there. It's nice to go in there and not be just a d*** number. I'm very, very happy with the whole thing."
