What a beautiful store. Why can't we have our stores looking like this in Los Angeles? Customer service was excellent. I really don't know what else to say about this place other ...

Tiffany True Blue 5/23/2006

I got over my fascination with Tiffany when I turned 25. It seemed like the right time. Yes, the blue boxes are cute, but can't we come to terms with this company for what it is? A marketing masterpiece. The store is laid out for tourists to enjoy window shopping an experiencing that Audrey Hepburn moment...looking at diamonds but only being able to afford sterling silver. The mid-country tourists swarm this place on weekends. I don't know how the staff puts up with the lookey-loos. But put up they do. It's still a great place to get classy graduation gifts. more

Audrey, where are you 3/9/2006

Tiffany & Co. used to be an exclusive shop (one might not dare pass through the doors without having a bank account large enough to back it up). As our economy and consumerism has changed in the decades since Truman Capote created Holly Golightly, Tiffany's has embraced the middle class with its fairly affordable silver jewelry and gifts. I miss the exclusivity a bit - I remember walking in for the first time as a 16 year old with my parents (looking for a birthday gift)...it all seemed so classy and fairytale. Now, walking in on a Saturday afternoon can feel a bit like wandering through a mall. Oh well. I still come here for the odd piece of jewelry and wedding gifts for friends near & dear. We did not purchase our wedding rings here as the service on the engagement ring floor was atrocious! Be warned! I have been pleased with the service otherwise. more

Great Jewelry Experience 7/27/2005

Tiffany & CO is the greatest of the high end Fifth Avenue Jewelry Emporiums. Four floors of great jewelery, flat ware, picture frames, watches and all other sorts of gift items. Just like in the movie Breakfast At Tiffany's you can purchase something for less than thousands of dollars. They are very browser friendly. more

Perfect Jewelry 7/8/2005

They don't open for breakfast but the rest of the day could easily be spent shopping at Tiffany's. Even though 90% of the people who walk through the door are just looking that doesn't stop the staff from being friendly and courteous all the time. Leave the ground floor and wander the other floors. See the silverware displays. Just a wonderful place to spend some time. more
