For two years, I passed by the Tiburon, before realizing its unassuming entrance was a fine dining establishment. Our first meal was the most incredible delectable combination of flavors and textures we have had in Utah. The service was refined, cordial and extremely knowledgable about the limited but varied menu. The scallops melt in your mouth. The unique herbed butter spread is a pleasure in itself. Take your time! And there is live acoustice music on Wed. and Thurs. that make the moment more intimate. A great place for lovers, romance, and a chat with the talented chef who outdoes every well crafted appetizer, entree and dessert. Our favorites are the mussles, crab cakes, elk, and candied walnuts in the house salad. Wow!
