I visited the lanes on Saturday after first calling ahead the day before to see if I needed to make a reservation in order to avoid crowds. I was told that I did not need a reservation and ""as long as I came after 1pm, I'd be fine"". My family arrived there at 1:35 and were told there was a 28 lane fundraiser and we would have to wait 45 minutes. Since I had 4 young children with me, this was out of the question. Obviously, the fundraiser was on the schedule the day before, but the person I spoke with didn't even bother to check if lanes would be available. I contacted management to relay my dissatisfation and was told ""sorry for the inconvience."" But then, the manager wasn't the one leaving with dissappointed kids and a crying 3 year old.
