Rude man at the counter! 3/26/2008

My friend took me here to eat some teriyaki (he's been going here for years). I wanted to try the sukiyaki. I asked the man at the counter what was on it. He said in a rude way, carrots, onions, and noodles. How rude! Is that how to treat a new customer? My friend was just stunned. He didn't know what to say. I, of course will not eat here anymore. Can't say what my friend will do. I heard over the grapevine that the man has health problems, but that doesn't excuse the behavior he has shown me. He needs to clean up his attitude or he will start losing customers! Cons: Customer Service more
