Great, easy, quick, friendly, thorough and efficient service today! The repair person advised on some of my other casual inquiries too and also fixed the latch on my dryer to help it close, without my asking, at no charge - which was beyond my original repair need. (I was willing to just live with it!) Appointment scheduling was easy, a fair price for basic service call and all took place within 2-3 bus. days. Thank you! more

Service is prompt and the Tech was nice. However, they should not RIP off people by charging excessive amount for PARTS. I was charged 65$ for a 15$ part. more

Taylor appliance repair 11/30/2010

Overall I had a very pleasant experience. The customer service rep. was prompt, effective and very pleasant. Adolph came during the time frame that was specified by the office (this is a very rare occurrence). The quote was actually $50 less than the lowest quote I had from competitors (I shopped around, had 3 other companies come in for an estimate). My refrigerator was fixed in a timely manner and from the first trial (no repeat appt. for faulty parts, etc.), my quote was less than I expected to pay, I got great customer service and a knowledgeable technician. I am one happy customer. Thank you! more

So many appliance repair company to choose from and glad i landed on thompsons appliance repair! I saw all they had a lot of reviews on yellowpages.com so i called them up. No over pricing or switch and bait. just fast and friendly applaince repair service. Rikki Canton more
