Sometimes you just walk into a small business and you know instantly that you've come to the perfect place for what it is that you need. Such was the feeling I instantly had when I recently took my vehicle floormats to Thomas Rug Cleaning for repair. The work they did was precise, complete, and well beyond the quality level that I was expecting. The price they charged was ridiculously reasonable. And most importantly, both of the gentlemen who I interacted with (family members I presume) exuded a very warm and friendly demeanor. On top of all this, they are a multi-generation family run business that's been operating in this exact same neighborhood since 1920. In need of rug repair or cleaning here in LA? OK had a huge rug needed cleaning and cut down. Yes it was a little expensive but the work they did was so worth it. They picked the rug up form my office and dropped it off when done. Were super nice as well. Total pro's IMO. Highly recommend them to anyone who needs professional cleaning of high end rugs. more

THIS PLACE IS GREAT TO HAVE Y RUGS WASHED. THE SERVICE IS GREAT, THE PEOPLE ARE HONEST AND FREINDLY. EACH RUG IS TREATED LIKE IT THEIR OWN WITH GENTLE CARE. I FOUND THEM ONE DAY LOOKING THROUGH LA MAGAZINE AND I CAME ACROSS THE BEST OF LA SECTION AND THEY HAD BEEN VOTED THE BEST. BEING KIND OF SKEPTICAL ON THE TYPE OF JOB THEY DO AND IF THEY CAN SAVE MY RUG; THEY IMPRESSED ME WHEN I CALLED THEM.
