not even one star. i dragged 5 loads of laundry that needed HOT water and the Hot Water washes were ALL COLD WATER. there is no phone number to call the laundromat owner and even if you fill out one of his stupid forms he never sends you your money back. if you complain to lame ass idiots next door they act like they dont speak english and ignore you and will absolutely NOT help you at all. on top of that this place is filthy. if you tilt the washers on the inside you can see black guck in the crevasses (for lack of better word) that is disgusting and probably why i have so many skin irritations. IF there were another laundromat i could walk to i would go there. and since the attitude of the dry cleaners is so bad i would NEVER EVER take my clothing there... because they use the washers in the laundromat and they wont tell you that the wash you wanted to be in hot water was washed in cold water cuz NO hot water was available. they will just take your money, smile a fake smile and act like everything o.k. when its not ok. i really wish Laundromats had to keep up with the same standards of cleanliness as restaurants and get ratings so they would be more clean and not pass onto each of us some disgusting skin disease because of the mold or whatever it is that is NOT CLEANED in these places or at least for sure is not cleaned in this one. i give this place a minus zero. and really wish the HEALTH DEPT would do something about this. more

First of all, this business is divided in 2: cleaners and laundry. \r \r I'm gonna talk about the laundry service only since I don't use their cleaners service (I rather go to the one on La Brea and Third Street. They're friendly, professional and you can see the place, clean and modern).\r \r The access for this laundromat is excelent; clients are young people mostly employees working in the entertainment industry; cleaniless is ok; hours are wonderful: 7-10 all year long. \r \r Nevertheless, if you arrive a little late, you face with the cleaning personnel that it is a little grumpy and if you go on Fridays or Saturdays at night, you can face with some homeless who like to drink beer next to the exit door by the parking lot.\r \r Now, talking about the service in itself, I hate when some washing machines (even the changing machine), steal your quarters. It is unfortunate that the owner, who does the maintenance of the whole business, in order to save some money, does not call professional maintenance services to serve his machines. \r \r Starting this year (2007), dryer machines began to malfunction, with unfortunate consecuences like puncturing clothes and eating your coins. \r \r I've noticed that some washing machines free some clorine liquids, dying your belongings. \r \r If you do casual laundry, I mean, if you don't care about ruining casual clothes, it is Ok but if you have expensive clothing, go somewhere else. Pros: Access, operating hours, parking, cleaninless Cons: Overpriced, some old machines that damage or dye clothes, drunk dudes around sometimes. more

Prices are right about average - perhaps a little better than average. Wouldn't recommend for single women as the place seems to attract shady men who like to ogle and/or harass. more

i took in 3 pairs of jeans to be hemmed. i told the owner how i wanted them hemmed - visually and verbally (in her primary language). she said she understood but did not follow my instructs and used a technique that was not requested. all 3 pairs of jeans are ruined and she will not take responsibility for her wrongdoing. instead of apologizing, she blamed me for the mistake. the owners there are unprofessional and do not own up to their mistakes. more
