Take your family to visit President Theodore Roosevelt's house situated on several acres of property in Oyster Bay. It is both a great lesson in history and a great place to take your family to get outdoors and walk around the former Presidents beautiful sprawling grounds. The kids may not like it at some times but many do appreciate getting a short history lesson and then having a picnic and/or playing tag on the surrounding grounds. Adults will most likely appreciate it as a treasure to behold.
