Try to get them to do any service and warranty work and you get rotated to bottom of the list. They suggested I wait 1 week for them to come out and look into a furnace that's not working that they installed 9 Months ago. That's the best they can do? Well, ok, I guess I could build a campfire in the office to keep my employees warm. more

Furnace and AirConditioning 8/18/2005

This is an honest company with honest employees, and reasonable prices. When our heater wasn't working we called around, and decided on Thelen Heating and Roofing, we had heard of them before, but never had any experience with them. When the man came to look at our furnace he was glad to let us know that we only needed to replace our furnace filter. We were embarrassed, but also relieved. It would have been very easy for him to fix something that didn't' need fixing, and to give us a hefty bill, but he didn't he was honest, and for that we will be a lifelong customer. more
