We made reservations 6weeks in advance online. When we arrived we were checked in to the room we requested and paid extra for (with the jacuzzi). After we unpacked the manager informed us that another quest had booked the room and we would have to take another room. When we asked why, he said it was the booking agents fault and they always mess things up and recommended that we shouldn't use that booking agent anymore. I told him that perhaps if that was the truth, then they shouldn't accept reservations thru this service. We stayed one night and booked at another hotel.
