DO NOT RENT HERE!\r \r After 2 years of leasing, I switched to a month-to-month contract so I would be able to relocate. I gave notice THE DAY I signed on my new place. This is on a MONTH TO MONTH rental. They wanted 60 days notice.\r \r Whether or not this is legal, it is devious, and dishonest!\r \r Also, my 3 bedroom condo in Provo costs THE SAME as my 1 bedroom, dingy, dark basement apartment did here.\r \r I would live in my CAR before I would rent from them again! more

This is the worst place i have ever lived the managment is horrible they charge fees for charging fees they treat you like garbage i would never recomend this place to anyone i wish i would have done more research before moving in more

I have been here 8 years, have always paid on time and have absolutely no problems with the management! It is a beautiful property, great landscaping, lots of amenities and a great staff! There is almost 600 units in this property and a few bad reviews from those who could not conform to a community enviroment...\r \r In other words this is a great place to live! more

Then this is the place for you! As previous reviewers have stated this place will Rape you when moving out. They will change the terms of your contract when renewing and not tell you, they will make up fee's (lease initiation fee), they will charge you property tax (which is illegal because you don't OWN the place), they will ignore maintenance requests and then say they never received them, they will ignore your phone calls, and even if you're the best tenant in the world they will treat you like you are the worst. I have never ever been late on rent, I have never had a single complaint against me and I'm respectful of my neighbors but that doesn't count for anything at this place. They raise my rent every year no matter what simply because they can. And if you run into any financial problems (like getting laid off) good luck trying to work something out with them. I blew threw all my savings trying to stay at this place until my lease was up, because I thought it was the right thing to do but I was a week late getting my notice to them and now they are charging me for an entire month that I won't be living there. Including water, sewer and trash. I've tried to contact the property manager and she won't return my calls. I can't emphasize this enough, DO NOT RENT HERE!!! I've rented since is was 17 and this seriously is the worst managed, unprofessional apartment complex I've ever dealt with. more

Initially, when i went to the place to check it out, the management team was very accommodating, they seemed genuinely interested in my well-being, and knew all of the right things to say. They even got me a ""great deal"" and did a move in special... within the first couple months of living here i experienced friends cars getting broken into, loud underaged partiers EVERY weekend, maintenance issues which took week + to be resolved and random fees that were not included in the rent (SO basically, if your apartment says 545 a month, plan on paying about 700 after they throw in a fee for everything you can possibly imagine) - i had THREE neighbors break their lease to move out of this place because of issues they had with their drug dealing neighbors, as well as their cars being messed with..i spent 8 hours cleaning and got the carpets shampooed on my last day here and still received a 100 dollar bill for ""cleaning touch ups"" and ""carpet cleaning"" - i can't believe the girls who run this place, they act like they're about 18, and more than likely would excell more in a place like Forever 21, or some sort of retail, but not managing people's HOMES! - i highly advise NOT living here. more

This place is the worst place I'v ever lived. The staff is so nice when you first walk in to sell you the place then are horribly rude and unhelpful. They also claim to love your dog and that dogs are welcome but will evict you the first time your dog makes a wimper or slips of the leash. There is also dr8g deals (as well as shootings) going on and screaming drunks in the middle of the street after the bars close. They also don't care about anything you have to say about ANYTHING or will give you the time of day to defend yourself against false claims. I reccommend this place if you want to drop over a grand in deposits and live in over priced dumps. This place only gets one star because thats the lowest it can get! Pros: NOTHING! Cons: EVERYTHING more

I moved to the spring of country woods apartments thinking great things based on their web site, how ever, the day I moved in, the apartment was not cleaned from the prior renters, the walls not painted, and full of holes, the carpet dirty, and dog urine, every where. The management team is clue less, they are all young women with no clue about property management. I have moldy decaying wood in my bathroom that has been reported, and they are ignoring me, my range in the kitchen is falling apart 1 burner is completely broken, I even taped my rent check to it and it still isn't replaced. I would never, ever recommend these apartments to any one, all of my neighbors i have met share my feelings towards management and the complex. Do your self a favor, and DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! Living in your car is a better choice. more
