Well, I have been to the Pearl District businesses and what a high price for such a usual product. The neighborhood is a renovated warehouse district...old crusty buildings with a ""new"" look. I had one really good meal at Oba and a really ordinary one at Blue Hour. Blue Hour should be ashamed to charge the prices that they charged. The boutiques were rather ordinary, and again, overpriced. I am looking for a new neighborhood to haunt, and I encourage all to follow.
