I have used The Pattie Group for years, several projects at several homes, and have worked with them in all facets: design & installation, landscape maintenance, irrigation and electrical needs. There has not once been a time where they were not responsive, knowledgeable, and treated me and my family with a true reverence. Their designs and landscape architectural work is functional, creative and beautiful and they have always captured our needs and desires wonderfully. Their install teams are loaded with exceptional craftsmen and and knowledgeable plants people who really know what they are doing and clearly take great pride in their work. Their maintenance group is equally as impressive. Once again knowledgeable, responsive and work hard to assure our yard is cared for not only properly by landscape standards but in a manner we prefer. We were very excited to receive services from the Patty Group on a large landscape project. However, one month in everything went south. It took forever to complete a 1 month project. I had to hire another provider, lost thousands of dollars in personal damage, was verabally attacked by sales rep and overall just traumatized by this experince. Our family has been considering even suing for our damages and many have recommended that we do so. However, the cost and emotion of suing in the long runs even more. We contracted with the Pattie Group to design and implement a landscape plan for our new home. So, it was a ?start from scratch? kind of project.\r \r On the one hand, they did a great job working with us to develop a landscape plan and working with our homeowner's association to get it approved. The guys on the crew who actually implemented the plan were generally very conscientious. \r \r However, they did cut though our underground pet fence wiring and failed to repair it correctly, resulting in a number of calls to have them back out. Similarly, they did a less than thorough job of removing rocks from our yard, something we specifically asked them to pay attention to. \r \r They have honored their guarantee and replaced plants that didn't fare well over the first couple of winters.\r \r We've had them back a couple of times to do maintenance and the results have been very good.\r \r So, while we've had some challenges, what relationship hasn't?
