PREM Group has been extremely helpful to me while living in my condo. Everyone from the maintenance people to the concierges have done what they can to make my life a little easier. Especially the concierges - they have helped me even find my lost dog. more

We'll start with the good: \r -Great maintenence team. \r -Decent Cleaning\r -Nice/polite staff at the lower levels\r \r Now to the bad:\r -High employee turnaround\r -Upper Management will wow you with facts and promises to win the contract, but will then underperform.They are generally ""slimy"" and might try to sell you a car while they are at it. \r -Poor turnaround time\r -Financials are the worst I've ever seen\r -Managers are overworked, unable to provide detailed service. \r -Upper management involvement or oversight minimal\r -Hit or miss concierge quality\r -Constanly pushes other services (obviously to make a buck themselves)\r -Underpaid employees (spoke to one who hadnt received a raise in 4 years, yet the management contract went up thousands each year) \r -Company seems more involved with appearance than quality\r \r \r In turn, we pay them to perform certain management tasks and they are not done at a satisfactory level. You may be better off with another company or self managing. Pros: Great Maintenence Team Cons: Poor Management/Lousy Ownership more
