While the apartments themselves are lovely and in a beautiful area, the apartment complex has gone through three Apartment Managers in the two years that I have lived here. The current "Manager" is the worst Manager I have ever met. She is clearly not suited for the position as she is always making mistakes and losing rent checks and never in the actual office. Good luck trying to get her on the phone or find her in the office to discuss the incorrect bill you have received for the second time after already being told the matter would be cleared. It is beyond frustrating to go to work full time yet always having to clear up situations from work that are due to the incompetence of the Manager. Why have a ninteen year old Manager who is clearly irresponsible and overwhelmed by her position running an Apartment complex? I would NOT recommend living here to anyone. It is exhausting having to deal with the constant inadequacy of the this Manager.
Pros: Beautiful area.
