THIS PLACE DOES NOT KNOW THE DEFINTION OF ""PROFESSIONAL!"" 4/1/2012

From the outside the place looks very nice, I will give them that much..but looks can be very very deceiving! They claim that the lashes last 3-4 weeks, but they do NOT! and the glue that they use for the lashes, good luck with that..have fun taking a huge huge chance. more

BEST LASH SERVICES IN THE US 7/12/2011

I travel a lot, and Lash Co is by far the biggest and best extension salon anywhere. I have been a loyal client for 5 years. I learned the hard way not to let anyone else touch my lashes. I have been going every single month for years now and have never had any sort of problem with anything. I am IN LOVE with my lashes. The girls there are top level instructors with years of experience doing lashes. The specialize in only lashes, so they are really good at what they do. I have never heard of anyone having a bad experience or clumps. You have to follow the proper instructions when getting this done! If you do, you'll love your lashes as much as I do. These girls have it down!!!!! :) more

Bad Technique - Save Your Eyes & Money Please Read! 6/20/2011

I told the lash tech that I required the ""sensitive"" latex-free, fume-free glue. Was not happy with the way they looked or felt. The sensitive glue was very clumpy - hence, all of the lashes stuck together and the look was anything but alluring! It was a very CLUMPY mess and the technician had me in pain trying to separate the lashes. She glued several extensions to my skin which is very bad technique. We talked about this before the procedure and I was assured that extensions would be applied 1MM away from the skin! My eyes were swollen shut for 3 days and I begged the Company to please take them off. They said they did not want to touch them for 2-3 days until swelling reduced and they had no appointments available anyway. You don't have to use a solvent on the lashes to remove them - you can have them picked off 1 by 1 which takes 1 hour - they did not want to take the time to do it! A very sweet technician at another company (Heights area) took them off for me so I could get relief from the pain and swelling. You have to remove the allergen/irritant to begin to heal. It was totally wrong to apply lashes to the skin which will cause irritation each time you blink and totally wrong to use a tacky glue that bonds several lashes together - which cause irritation each time you blink. The tech that removed them agreed that the tecnique was bad and the glue was too tacky & crusty & by no means ""sensitive"" based on the result. 250.00 full set + 100.00 removal + 80.00 eye doctor, eye pain & swelling, skin breakage plus 3-4 days of wearing shades indoors & out! Signing a release for the allergic reaction from the glue is one thing but applying lashes in such a way that causes pain/irritation to the hair follicle is totally unacceptable. I have been having my lashes done for 1 year at another company - my tech went on vacation - I tried The Lash Company and was sorry I did! Would have been better off waiting for her return and buying a false set of eyelashes for 6.00! I will never go back to these people! more

Do Not Waste Your Money 6/15/2011

I first went to The Lash Company during one of there specials for $199.00 full set. It turned out ok, but when i made an appointment for a return visit, refill it was so dissappointing, it was less than one week later that one eye in particular lost 8 lashes, i know because they fell out overnight and were on my pillow, i saved them to see how much i was actually losing. I do believe that they have technicians that are not qualified. I did everything according to there list of caring for the lashes, even to go as far as to buy goggles to protect them from getting wet. What a waste of my hard earn money. Very dissappointed after doing so much research on lash extensions. I think i am going to try Latisse instead. more

Uncertified and untrained lash technicians!!!! Beware!! 5/30/2011

I use to work for The Lash Company until I was asked to lie to an inspector for them about certain lash techs being uncertified. I refused to because I myself could be charged a fine just for lying. The automatically fired me. They have multiple lash techs who are uncertified, INCLUDING THE OWNER, Sophia Navarro. Also, the new lash techs that come aboard are barely trained for a week before they start working on clients lashes. The Lash Co charges $250 to receive lashes by women who are uncertified and untrained. They have mutilple clients who have suffered from swollen, crusty eyes because they lashes are put on wrong. If you sign the contract, then they are not responsible for anything. more

Make their customers happy! 4/11/2011

After my first trip to the Lash Co, this review would have been a 2 star review. I asked for really long lashes, but instead received more natural looking ones. Also, my left eye was red for a few days, because of an eyelash that had gotten stuck in it. more

Just got mine done! 3/31/2010

I got my lashes done yesterday just in time for Easter with my family all in town! They will be amazed with my beauty! THANK YOU LASH CO! Pros: I love my face now! Cons: Umm... none? more

Never loved the mirror so much! 3/23/2010

Lash extensions? Who knew they could make you so happy! Of all the different beauty products and procedures I've been through -- my lash extensions have made the most positive difference. I wake up every morning feeling glamorous -- but still very natural looking. The lash co girls are so cute! They wear shirts that say beauty + brains - adorable! They have cute makeup products there too. I would recommend them to anyone! Pros: Best Eyelash Extensions Cons: Have to sit still more
