I never complain but just must because I am very upset! I placed an order online in the morning to have arrangement delivered to a funeral home just a few blocks from The Flower Shoppe. When I attended the visitation that evening my arrangement was not there. When I attended the funeral service the next morning, my arrangement was not there. I sent an email to The Flower Shoppe that evening after the funeral to ask them what happened, never got a response. And I have been trying to call The Flower Shoppe but just keep getting a recording. Are they out of business but still have a complete website up and the phone line is still in service? I would not take the chance of ever ordering from these people as your special arrangement going to that special person will most likely never get delivered!!!
