LOVE THE FOLKS AT 1865 WIMBLEDON DR. BEST CHILDCARE CENTER! 11/17/2011

I'm not sure how long ago these people were here, but I know my two children have been very well taken care of! The staff have even gone over and above to treat us with respect and class!! The managers there have been helpful through every step of the way in getting my children into care for the first time! I will not move my children from this school, they are happy, well adjusted and are truly loved, all while they are learning! There are nightmare stories out there and this place does NOT make me nervous one little bit!! LOVE THE CHILDRENS COURTYARD AT 1865 WIMBLEDON DRIVE IN ARLINGTON!!! STOP YOUR SEARCH, THIS IS THE PLACE TO BE! more

Unbelievable Lie - Death Resulted! 5/10/2011

LAWSUIT FILED IN TARRANT COUNTY on May 9, 2011: Complaint for negligence and infliction of emotional distress. After two-year-old plaintiff Noah [LAST NAME OMITTED] fell at defendant The Children's Courtyard and broke his arm, defendants reported plaintiff Shannon [LAST NAME OMITTED] and her husband, George [LAST NAME OMITTED], to the Child Protective Services for child abuse, rather than admitting that the boy had broken his arm at The Children's Courtyard. Plaintiff and her husband were under investigation for about two months, where they were not allowed to be alone with their son. Not long after the investigation ended, plaintiff's husband killed himself. more

This School is AMAZING!!! 12/7/2010

This school is AMAZING- the teachers and management have been with the company a long time and it shows. I have had 2 children go through this school very far apart and they still had the same teachers. Your child will benefit from this experience both of my children learned so much and were above the children in school. more

Excellent Teachers; Happy Kids 7/23/2010

My child has attended this particular location during the past year. I have absolutely no complaints. The teachers are all caring, committed educators. The management is accomodating and pleasant. \r \r They have fun activities for the kids in the summer. My child (preschool age) was able to participate in Splash Day, see a fire truck, and play in a mobile petting zoo. In addition, she worked on her letters and learned songs. She came home with some craft or drawing every day. She even grew her own plant! They accomodated our dietary needs as well. Really, this is an excellent facility that follows the rules and keeps kids safe, learning, and happy! more

No!..look somewhere else! 5/14/2008

My child recently attended this daycare and although it is a somewhat decent daycare, it cannot account for the poor service it provides. Considering the price you pay, you would expect your child to be relatively cared for, but that is just not the case. My child attended there over year and in that one year, she was hurt, bruised, bit multiple times by the same child, scratched, pushed her hand got caught in the doorframe and countless other things that went unaccounted for. The staff basically took the stance of, "these things happen and children will be children". I am sorry, but when I pay you to watch over and teach my child and I leave her in a good, healthy condition, I expect that when I pick her up, she is in the same state that I left her in that morning, not with bloody cuticles, bruises on her forehead, bite marks on her shoulder etc. For such a small ratio of teacher to children, most of these accidents should not of even happened. Please do not misunderstand, I do not more

NONONO! 6/3/2005

Do Not Leave your Children here, EVER! 6/2/2005

To start off, let me tell you that the teachers there are wonderful! IT's the management that is HORRIBLE! The director has no people skills, she is rude, and doesn't know a single thing about children. I've witnessed her many times yelling at the employees. I've called their corporate center, and guess what, they did nothing! There has been so many complaints on her, and I guess they are best friends with her because she has never been warned or removed! Recently their was possibly 2 child abuse situations and the Director did nothing. I will admit the teachers do a great job, but the director limits their performance, by not letting them get the materials that they need, or by yelling at them and making them have a bad day. The director puts on a show at first and pretends to be nice, but you must belive me that you will hate her after 2 months. Run, from this Daycare! more
