When I walked in Kevin greeted me right away and made me feel very comfortable for someone who had no idea what they were doing. He asked me a few questions to understand what I was looking for. After years of looking at, literally, over hundreds of thousands of rings, I FINALLY came to the decision that my perfect ring didn't exist. Shari was discussing options with a client and allowed us to join the conversation. She didn't try to sell anything. Shari listened to needs and helped develop a diamond profile.
