The Bedworks

I was not impressed with the level of service that I received at Bedworks of Maine. We were promised a 4-6 week lead time and it took 9 weeks to receive our bed. When we called after 7 weeks to follow up the person answering the phone was rude and indicated that they 'would not compromise quality to meet a delivery date.' I wasn't asking that quality be compromised, I was just asking when to expect my bed to be delivered so that I could arrange my work schedule to accommodate the delivery. Bedworks of Maine never followed up with us to let us know when the bed would be ready until a few days before the delivery. The delivery did go smoothly and the people that set up the bed did a good job. The $100 bed cover that I purchased with the bed was not brought and the delivery folks told me that Bedworks would call to follow up to get that taken care of. I waited a week and a half and no one ever called. I had to take the time to call to follow up myself - there was no apology - just 'your bed cover is here please come to our store to pick it up.' Overall not very happy with the entire process of purchasing from Bedworks. more

You can also find matching accessories to your bedding such as dressers, end tables, coffee tables, etc. The staff have a good knowledge of the availability of what you're looking for and in most cases will match a product to your particular style. They will deliver to your home and set it up. The quality of their products is outstanding and the staff is very helpful - I highly recommend The Bedworks! more
