My fiancé and I stopped in 30 minutes before the store closed on sunday after being disappointed by other vendors. Susan was knowledgeable, informative, considerate, professional and kind. She made several helpful suggestions and my fiancé got to try on a tux that looked fantastic. It's rare to come across someone like Susan who clearly enjoys and takes pride in what she does for her customers. more

WONDERFUL SERVICE - Delightful experience. 11/17/2011

A friend and I called Susan at 4pm on a Friday needing a tux for *that* evening! She was so wonderfully helpful, calling us back several times while we ran all over town looking (and being turned away) in other stores. She was so delightful, we drove out to Pineville and it WAS SO WORTH IT!!! Tux Rental 4/13/2009

My husband rented a Tux for a formal birthday party. The service was great and the Tux fit him great! The Tuxedo Shoppe gave us a good deal and I will refer them to others. more

Great tuxedo shop 9/10/2008

We met with Susan to get the tuxedos for our wedding and she was fantastic. She stayed an hour after the shop closed and showed us shirts and ties in different lighting and next to wedding dresses. We felt very confident ordering our wedding party clothes from her. Definately recommend! Pros: She'll get you an outfit to try on in your size if you need it. Cons: Not a lot of options to try on in the store more

I ordered tuxedos for my wedding's groomsmen, ushers and ringbearer from Susan and everything turned out perfect! The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful in the decision making process. The tuxedos all came back a perfect fit for the wedding. I would recommend this store to anyone looking to order a tuxedo for your special event.
