As a busy mom of old twins I am always aching somewhere. So when I recently started ""Boot Camp"" (not such a good idea). I had already had knee problems and plantar fasciitis in my foot then add in a workout like that I was in pain. A friend of mine recommended that I give Cathy a try since she had really helped her out. She was amazing. She explained so much of my pain started with my feet and was able to get my muscles in my calf to release and my knee pain went away. She told me about a new way to use my exercise ball and stretch out my upper body and my back is doing so much better. She's great at doing really deep pressure and get releases without just sticking her elbow in and pushing till I wanted to scream. I really liked all the detail work and the going deep a little at a time. No soreness or bruises...definitely have made a effort to see her at least once a month (mommies day). more

Leanne Gives The Best Facials 4/28/2012

I have gone to several different spas and aestheticians and I have to say that Leanne is the best. I have been back now several times. She gives personal attention to what your skin needs. She is never in a rush. She is probably the most personable aesthetician that I have met. Try the oxygen facial, it is great! The spa itself is also very relaxing, from the aquarium to the waterfall to the dry sauna. more

Awesome massage!!! 2/15/2012

Trini did my massage and it was one of the best I have ever had! When I walked in I was in complete knots! An hour later I was feeling great! A trip into the sauna with my glass wine completed my time and it was fabulous. I have already booked my next appointment! more

I love this place! 2/15/2012

I recently booked a massage at the Spa at Willow Bend with Trini who was recommended by a friend. The atmosphere was so relaxing and the spa is beautiful and pristine. From the minute I walked in I felt more relaxed and there is a beautiful aquarium and the hallway is lined with a waterfall that made me feel like I was in a retreat somewhere. I loved Trini from the start. She is great at deep tissue massage and was very knowledgeable and professional. She seemed to just know where my sore muscles were and had a very flowing technique. I highly recommend the Spa at Willow Bend and look forward to going back for another massage and try some of their other services. more

Relaxing 12/28/2011

Massage by Trini was comforting, soothing and relaxing. She was considerate to consider medical conditions and needs, and customize treatment. The facility was clean with an Asian theme... Lots of calming water including fountains and an aquarium. I loved the place and the service. more

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE 11/11/2011

I have been trying to get an appointment at this salon with the voucher that I recieved a travel zoo for over three months. The initial appointments that was scheduled was for me, six of my girlfriends. Everything was confirmed and the appointment was set over a month in advance. The week of the appointment I recieved a call stating that they would only be able to take two of us and those two would not be able to come together they would still need to come separately. Each time I have tried to call since I am constantly told that there are no appointments available. They are sorry they sold over 1,000 vouchers on travel zoo so they have been over booked for months. Understandably so. So now I am looking at a voucher that is about to expire in Dec and I have still not been able to get an appointment so my voucher will expire and I will be out $40. I am extremely disapointed. more

Finally, something that works! 10/18/2011

I've been getting facials since I was 13 years old, starting with E Arden, then Clinique, then Dr Murad. However, I still suffered from acne until I met Connie Varani.Connie is thorough with her research on the best and RIGHT product to use on my skin. Finally, after more than 30 years, my battle with acne is over. I am so happy! Thank you Connie! more

You need Fabiola for mani/pedi!!!! 8/11/2011

If you go for a mani/pedi you absolutely must have Fabiola. She did wonders for my dry cracked heels, completely cured them!!!! Fabiola worked on my problem areas until they were no longer an issue. She was very detailed and made sure my mani/pedi was absolutely perfect. She ensured I had a great experience and I will definitely go back to her. more

Stay away from body wrap 7/25/2011

I got severe intestinal dehyration from the infra red body wrap. I lost no inches (in fact gained in my stomach area) and ended up extremely sick for 3 days with dehydration. Basically, all the wrap does is cause you to lose a ton of water. It does not work and it is dangerous to boot. I was hoping to just feel a little slimmer in my clothes for vacation and instead I am frantically getting medical attention for the damage done. My physician was horrified that I was not given instructions to not exercise the day before and day after. In addition, the spa tells you that you replenish all your lost fluids by drinking afterwards. This is not medically sound. It is four days after the wrap and my stomach is still 2 inches larger (while still not able to eat regular meals). I am going to be ok but I hope that someone else avoids my misfortune. more

MAJOR DISSAPOINTMENT 7/12/2011

Worst manicure & pedicure I've EVER received. The woman (Denny) filed my finger nails in different shapes (some fingers were rounded and some were squared) and even worse.... she didn't even take the full amount of polish off before applying the new color!! I couldn't believe it. As if this weren't enough, the light color pink that I selected... she only applied one coat, leaving the final look very streaky. Now to talk about my toes... What is supposed to be a 55minute pedicure lasted about 25 minutes. No massage, and a quick rub of exfoliant. The only good thing about the pedicure was the wax wrap (which you can get anywhere). The overall cost is WAY too expensive for what you get. You're MUCH better off going to a generic nail salon to get Better Service, Better Treatments and Longer Lasting nail Color. This salon gets 2 THUMBS DOWN! more

Wonderful Pedi/Medi 6/9/2011

I called the spa on a last minute notice to see if they could fit me in for a pedicure and manicure. To my surprise, they were able to fit me in the very next day! Fabiola did an excellent job. She took her time and was very pleasant . When compared to the local area I usually go...this place is outstanding and the price is reasonable. more

They have the best facial I've ever had! The staff is very friendly and professional. I also liked how I could get an appointment set right away. I didn't have to wait 3-4 days like I do at other places. I've already had 2 facials and 3 massages, just in teh last 4 months. I'll return for sure, and reccommend my friends do as well. Best Facial Ever! 4/6/2011

Once I realized there's no youth in a jar and not quite ready for injections or surgery, I explored the services offered at the Spa at Willow Bend. Connie recommended the Intraceuticals oxygen infusion therapy. First and only facial that produced improvement after the first treatment. To date, I have had three. Lines are diminished, softened and my face feels hydrated. Also, the massage and Connie's touch will relax you body and soul. I really appreciate how she doesn't recommend or push treatments or products that are not right for my skin. more

The Spa at Willow Bend is great.....made better by the great massage given by Cathy. She's the best I've had in years !!! I've had multiple surgeries and she really knows how to manipulate muscles to work out the pain. more
