I have lived in Austin for almost 2 years and had struggled to find good pizza until I found Brooklyn Pie. They had the best crust and the best cheese until about a month ago. They have changed the cheese and it now resembles the cheese at CiCi's. I know this sounds harsh but the owner should not change the cheese to save money.
