Dr. Shelton was exceptionally professional, especially skilled, and compassionate. The support staff was also very caring and very professional. As a health care professional myself and a hospital administrator, I fell that Dr. Shelton and the ntire team in his practice were outstanding and represent a best practice model. Dr. Chaglassian and Lorraine were exemplary professionals and represent a best practice model as well. Dr. Chaglassian's skills as a surgeon were outstanding with an exceptional bedside manner. I would not hesitate to recommend both of these physicians to others. more

After much thought and deliberation with myself, I decided the time had come for me to consider the surgery procedure. I did not want to go to the extremes of surgical face lift, so I started to consider my options. After speaking with my local dermatologist, he recommended Dr. Shelton. I have been coming since Spring of 2012 and feel that my decision to place myself in Dr. Shelton's care was an excellent one! His results have been extraordinary, without the medical use of surgery. I would highly recommend Dr. Shelton to all who would like to enjoy the benefits of Dr.Shelton's expertise. more

Dr. Shelton is a terrific doctor. He is thorough, kind, and understanding. He is clearly at the top of his profession and highly skilled. Moreover, he keeps abreast of the latest developments in the field so you have the comfort of knowing you are getting the benefit of cutting edge treatments. He is extremely patient and takes the time to explain all of your options, as well as the pros and cons of each treatment. Dr. Shelton's staff could not be more professional, from the office manager to the medical assistants to the front desk staff. They are supportive and actually make you feel at home. The fact is having to discuss body improvement issues can be very embarassing, but Dr. Shelton and his staff treat you in a most dignified and respectful matter which makes the whole process much more palatable. Dr. Shelton is wonderful. Explained absolutely everything he did and that I asked and repeated anything I didn't pick up on the first time. Gentle and caring and extraordinarily concerned with how the wound heal. Reassuring that there are steps down the road to improve the appearance should it become necessary after giving it several months to improve on its' own. I know that if I have question or problem he is a call away. A truly fine human being and skilled compassionate doctor.
