THis was brand new in August '09 when we moved in. The punch list still hasn't been finished and it;s late Jan.2010. My student has tepid water with no pressure and we've made numerous requests to no avail.,
Even worse, there are partying neighbors that never stop and despite multiple calls to the Management, absolutley nothing has been done. These tenants don't abide by the quiet hours they :sell: you when you're looking to move in, so it's pot luck what you get. Now the management has stopped responding to our complaints, obviously valuing the troublemakers more than those who pay their rent on time and abide by the rules of the lease.
This place doens't deserve one star, but citysearch won't let us post it without a rating, Too bad they don't let you rate WITH a NEgative - tHE grove WOULD GET minus 3 STARS!
