Worst Living Experience Ever! 3/7/2012

The construction is horrible. Everything is falling apart. Things get "fixed" when they get around to it. We couldn't use one of our showers for a month. There is zero closet space. Parking isn't great. There are no security cameras but they need to be installed as too much damage happens to vehicles (including our vehicle) due to local psychos. There is ZERO soundproofing and ZERO insulation. I could hear every conversation the people below me had. Dogs run around unleashed. Dog poop is EVERYWHERE. It is disgusting. The manager is useless. He is more interested in gossiping than doing his job. If you tell him anything personal the entire complex will know it. The lease is poorly written and doesn't protect you if you have any issues (which we did). The worst part of this complex is the redneck, white trash neighbors. This complex really is a trailer park disguised as an apartment complex. I lived above a mom and daughter who felt the need to be in everyone's business. They partied ALL THE TIME very loudly. They let their dogs run loose/on a VERY long leash unsupervised. The dogs would block the one and only public sidewalk to the parking lot. They parked their grill and deep fryer in the middle of that sidewalk as well, blocking it. They were constantly drunk and obnoxious and the MANY friends they invited over were just as drunk and obnoxious. They harassed me and my fiance and were nasty to us for no reason. We had to call the cops on them one night because at 11pm they came home drunk (as usual) and pounded on the walls, screamed, and blared their music. My fiance had to work at 5am. This was a Wednesday night. The manager warned them to turn their music down so when the cops showed up they weren't able to ticket them (a $1000.00 ticket). They proceeded to lie to the cops telling them we were the ones banging on the walls and blaring music. Psychotic. There are more drunk rednecks that live in the complex and do the same things. DO NOT MOVE HERE if you value your money, piece of mind, and sanity. more
