Best location ever! Quiet street near shops and GU. Restaurant on location is convenient. Huge desk in room to work, spacious rooms, bathrooms are very nice with great shower head, good natural soap, not filled with perfumes. There was adequate staff. Area is great to walk around, near by cafes. Just. An overall great place to stay with comforts of home. more

Our room was very pretty (just like the pictures), clean and comfortable. The front desk staff and the parking valets were welcoming and helpful. The location is very close to restaurants, cafes and shops. The bus that stops right out the door takes you directly to the National Mall. It was much more personal and quaint than a large hotel. Perfect! more

I spent nearly a week in DC because my son was in Georgetown University Hospital. I chose the Georgetown Inn for its proximity to the hospital but found much more to love than that. It's in a vibrant part of Georgetown, its rooms are large, bright, and very clean, the bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the attached restaurant was both high quality and comfortable to bop into for a late night dinner or drink (and discount). I walked most days the mile to the hospital which was a wonderful way to stay active in an otherwise sedentary situation, although it's an inexpensive Uber ride away. Speaking of, the area is very safe, and well lit. Anything I needed was a block or two away. I almost immediately felt like it was my home away from home. more

Over the years the Inn has been our favourite hotel when visiting DC, because of its location, comfort and friendliness. We had not been for a few years and were delighted to find that a major refurbishment of the rooms is almost complete; we had a lovely King room with a splendid bathroom and a quiet, pleasing situation. The staff have always been most welcoming and that tradition remains the case. We look forward to our next stay. more

I was there on business and wanted to be as close to my appointment as possible, due to the horrific traffic in the DC area. Georgetown is wonderful to visit but next to impossible to navigate by auto, so I opted to stay here with valet parking. Great choice. Hotel is older, but clean and had a newly renovated bathroom, which was quite nice. Hotel fridge would have been nice for some wine but didn't have it. For the price, amenities and location, I'll definitely be back for business and pleasure. more

I was here on a work trip for a week. This hotel is very simple, but perfect. It was clean, quiet, and the AC worked for those brutal August days. Customer service was great and I very much enjoyed all my room service. The location of this place is absolutely perfect, even for someone who isn't only there for work.... more

Location, location, location. Plus comfort and beauty. The location of the inn is perfect in DC. We could walk to all the great restaurants and DC attractions. One of our most enjoyable walks was down to the waterfront for dinner. The people at the inn are also friendly and very accommodating. more

Stayed in one of the newly renovated king rooms. The bed is very comfortable, Lovely linens,, and bath articles. Bath is 3 times the size of the ones in the unrenovated rooms. Bath has a huge shower, single bowled sink area with lots of room for toiletries and personal items. more
