The Flower Company

I ordered flowers for delivery as a birthday gift. I arranged to have the recipient out of the office so the flowers would be a surprise. I left my name phone number, office location and recipient name and location in case there were any problems. About 15 minutes after the appointed time the flowers had not arrived so I called to check on the status. Lo and behold the person delivering the flowers did not deliver them to the right office but instead left them with some people in an unrelated office at the back of the building who had nothing to do with the order! No phone call nothing! I called Haze to let him know the situation and Haze's repsonse was "I don't know what we can do about it" and "we got it to the right building"! Apparently you pay extra for delivery and if Haze and the Flower Co. get your flowers somwhere in the vicinity of your building well that's good enough for them! Who cares if it actually gets to the recipient! The bottom line is they screwed up and would not even apologize for the mistake and apparently think their actions were just fine. NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! more

The Flower Company is exactly as it sounds, it sells flowers. You can buy live arrangements of flowers or satin flowers. At The Flower Company most all they have to offer is flowers. It is also a gift shop which carries picture frames, vases, and home decorations. Most of these other gifts also incorporate flowers as well. If you are looking for a diversified store, with a little more variety to offer, you should look somewhere else. The store is decorated very lively and a bit crowded. Also, the staff at The Flower Company is extremely knowledgeable and will do anything they can to help you arrange what you are looking for. more
