I have a life time warranty with them and now they dont answer my messages to call me back more

They made horrible windows, and also terrible instalation. And now they are in bankruptcy.lifetime warranty is gone. Now theyre called fanelli construction.All fanellis are crooks more

Once I was able to finally reach someone Mr. Fanelli did send someone out to fix my windows. From my understanding and what Mr. Fanelli explained to me is that they were in the process of restructuring the business and relocating to a new location, because of this they had limited access to field service men, and something happened with the phone lines for some time through the transition period. Bottom line is my windows are now fixed and usable again, they (Fanelli Window Pros) backed up the lifetime warranty and I would expect they would do the same should I need service in the future. My Suggestion is anyone having issues getting service done on them please contact Mr. Fanelli directly and he will make sure you are taken care of! more

Hello and thanks to all of you who had a bad experience with our company, my sincere apologies. It is healthy to get criticism as that make us stronger. There is no excuse for some of these problems other than poor judgement. Please keep in mind we have installed over 55k windows in central and eastern pa since 2000. We do our best to keep everyone happy but with that many customers it IS impossible to satisfy everyone. As far as the canvasser not getting paid, I think she said it best when she said most of these people(canvassers) are dishonest. I was fired without due cause after canvasing for this company for 2 1/2 months. My office manager blatantly lied to me when he fired me, because they had no good reason. I am collecting unemployment, which is proof of that. When I was fired my manager, Ryan, promised I would be paid for any remaining demos. Well, My parents signed up for one two days before I was fired, and while the guy came out and did it, I was never paid commission. I called my old manager first, he promised to send my paystubs and take care of the payment. Nothing showed. I called the owner, and Bill Fanelli just ignored me. I am obviously displeased with this company. In addition, most of the canvasers are dishonest time-wasters, and the turnover is phenomenally fast. I wouldn't recommend that anyone use this company. They might serve some people well, but they are dishonest and very expensive. They're not busy. They're just ignoring your calls because they think they can get away with it. more

Purchased a house full of windows to the tune of almost 14,000 when we moved in our home back in 2004, it was an old home that needed a lot of updating. These Windows were purchased from Fanelli Window Pros, who used to be in Pottsville, but they are now located in Mt. Carmel Pennsylvania. I have about 5 windows that I cannot use at all in my house, they are junk. I have been calling Fanelli window pros to get a few windows fixed they installed since the end of March 2012. I have 5 windows in my house of 13 that they installed that I cannot use at all. They have a lifetime warranty on them, but every time you call the only response is that “you are in for service, and I do not know when “Gary” will be able to make there he has been in Harrisburg servicing for the past few weeks”. I am on his way to and from Harrisburg; he cannot stop in here on his way to or from? I was told when I called on 5/11/12 that we understand you need them fixed, we have other service jobs in the area too that “Gary” needs to get to as well. If there are that many service jobs in the area, then why is there only ONE person that is servicing all of PA. This is crazy, to beg someone to come fix windows that they charge so much for and have a lifetime warranty. I have been calling for over a week again and the phone just rings, no message no answer, I call the 800-638-1050 # and the 339-1645 # and no one answers on either of them, I sent them a message on line thru the website with no response also sent a message via facebook, all of which went unanswered, or ignored. Not to Mention the facebook site was taken down today 5/29/2012… this don’t look good for the company or its consumers that put their trust in them. I would like my windows fixed, I am not asking for anymore then for Fanelli to fix the windows they sold and installed for me that are supposed to have a lifetime warranty. It is summer time, I cannot even utilize what I paid over 13,000 for that are supposed to have a lifetime warranty on them. more

While Fanelli wants you to make a quick commitment when they come out to do their demonstration, their service after the sale is horrible. Our poor service started right after installation when I had to call them for over 2 months to put supports under the Bay windows that the installer said was necessary to keep them from sagging. Recently we had a broken slider on a window. I've been calling to get it fixed for over 4 months. While they did come out to fix it once, we were told that it's too cold and the vinyl will break if they fix it at that time. Since then it has warmed up and we have made numerous phone calls. Their service guy (Gary or whoever else they use) is always out on the road and never calls us back. I would think that they would have a cell phone in today's business climate. I like the windows we got, but am disgusted with their service, thus only 2 stars. more

Windows were installed quickly. However the installer was very sloppy, and cut many corners in wrapping the windows with flashing. Windows were very expensive for the poor quality of installation. Their customer service after the sale is terrible. I had a screen that did not fit and it took months to get it replaced. However business must be great because no one ever returned phone calls, and when mistakes were made in ordering no one takes responsibility. more

Good: Quick installation. Bad: Installer did not clean up after himself. Their customer service after the sale is terrible. We had a leak and it took months for them to take a look at it. They do not return phone calls, and no one takes responsability for problems.. Improvements: They need to respond to their customers in a timely matter and actually resolve issues.. Other: I had to threaten to call the Attorney General on them before they did anything.. more
