Dell Diamond 4/14/2006

My family and I are huge baseball fans so imagine our delight when they built Dell Diamond and brought the Round Rock Express to life? We also are thrilled that Reed Ryan is involved as we have always been a fan of his dad Nolan Ryan. This baseball field has been such a great addition to Round Rock and provides such enjoyment for our children. The location is easily accessible from 79, great amount of parking, great prices on tickets and food. They provide a playscape play area for the children who have not quite grasped the love of baseball just yet and they even host birthday parties, Sammy Shows, and other events. This place is awesome! more

Take me out to the ball game 9/19/2005

Everyone loves baseball and the Dell Diamond is just a short drive north of Austin. The stadium is very clean and well maintained. The snack bar is a little expensive but that is to be expected at any event. The thing I like best is the fact that they have a kid area where you can take your kids to play when they become restless. They often have things to give to children attending the game, the last time we went my girls received bats. more

Baseball in our city 9/2/2005

The Dell Diamond is home to the Round Rock Express. They have a beautiful stadium, and there is plenty of room for everyone without it feeling crowded. The games are wonderful experiences for young children to have, and the Dell Diamond makes it possible to enjoy a game. They have discount nights, have great fireworks and have a very clean stadium. more

Wow-what a family event! 8/28/2005

The Round Rock Express at the Dell Diamond is great to take a family to. We have little kids, so we mostly roam the ballpark during the game, but we still get to catch as much as possible. The snack stands are never really crowded, and kids love nothing more than a hot dog at the ballpark! My son loves when is grandpa gets to go, and the prices are very affordable. They have discount nights, and the fireworks are awesome! more

Everybody Loves Baseball! 8/27/2005

I love baseball and I love going to see the RR Express team play. (we have tickets behind the dugout for tomorrow's nights game....) Dell diamond is awesome! The stadium area is clean and well kept. The concessions are kinda high but you can't go unless you get a hot dog and peanuts! There's an area with a playground for kids to play. I just love it and it's right down the road! I've never had to pay for tickets so I don't know the price (my husband's boss has season tickets and he shares......) They have fireworks but only on friday nights after the game. On the off season they have SAMI shows and other events so anytime of year there is something going on at the Dell Diamond. more

A night of fun for the whole family 8/19/2005

This is one of our favorite pass time activities. We usually buy the season tickets, but don't use our seats much. You can walk the entire park and have an excellent view of the game. With three little ones we usually sit in an open area so the kiddos can run around while we try and catch parts of the game. Food and drinks are reasonable, although certain nights offer better deals. Ticket prices are good and you can usually get tickets even last minute. The fireworks are amazing at the end of the games and are the favorite part for my kids. If you are looking for a great and inexpensive way to treat the family....my suggestion is a night at the diamond!! more

Great For A Family Outing, Not So Much Baseball 7/31/2005

The review title says it all. There is so much to do here that entire families can have a great time. However, if you are a purist baseball fan, it's probably not the best park for you. There are so many things to do besides watching the game such as taking advantage of the rock climbing wall, swimming in the swimming pool and much, much more. The game easily gets lost. It's like an amusement park with a baseball diamond in the middle. Parking is easy and cheap. more
