This place has the highest prices for relatively non-technical clothing. Their staff is anything BUT knowledgeable and the management/owners moral compasses don't exactly point north. I use to work here because I enjoyed the outdoors but more importantly I enjoyed learning about all the advancements North Face, Marmot, Arc'Teryx, etc. were making in clothing and such. I was not fired, I quit because the management there is oblivious, and the owner doesn't know anything about running a company or how to treat his employees. I can also tell you first hand, that most of our North Face jackets are made in China and we get them for pennies compared to what you all pay for them.
