These units are lovely, with nice views and good soundproofing. When we moved in, The Ardea was expertly managed by local company Gerding Edlen. We moved in here because of the location and the safety/quality factors. However, this year, mega-corporation Riverstone Residential has taken over and the building has become miserable. \r

1. Elevator repairs are not conducted. When the keypad to the elevator failed, Riverstone chose to not fix it, due to the price tag. Even if it's just a malfunctioning keypad, any company that neglects an elevator repair is suspect. What will they neglect next'\r

2. Refuse removal is rarely conducted, with trash and recycling building up on each floor. The trash chute will often be jammed for days on end. \r

3. The carpet in the common areas is rarely vacuumed, though it was cleaned daily when the building was management by Gerding Edlen. \r

4. The property manager often puts the front desk staff on other jobs, so no one is available to let in visitors
