I'm very spoiled from my life in the city before I became a suburban mom. The restaurants in Chicago are so good and it's easy to eat ethnic. Not so much in the far nothern 'burbs. Thai Noodles Cafe brings me back to my city days with spicy curries, fragrant rice and delicious noodle dishes. Everything I've had there has been delightful. The location is good, but a bit busy. Parking is interesting in the back, but it's free,so no complaints. The building is very cute, in an old house and the dining room has a cozy yet urban feel to it with hardwood floors and formica tables. There is often a wait, but because of the excellent service, tables are constantly turning over and the wait is never long. Portions are good and I reccomend going with several friends and sharing several entrees. You won't be disappointed.
