We've been to this Fridays numerous times because we love the manager; however, I'm not sure she is as great a 'manager' as she is a person. Over at least 5 visits in the past 3 months, not once has our service been acceptable. Wait staff is often rude or just not very good at waiting tables. (I'm sure they are all great people; they just should maybe try another industry or occupation.) Our food has never been awesome (though you don't usually expect exceptional from one of these chains) but a few times it was just bad. On our last visit, my daughter was cut by a nail (one of 4) hanging out about 2 in from the wall. She got a nasty cut on her back. She got a band-aid and some attention from the manager and a scoop of icecream (though we were walking out the door when it happened and she had just finished an icecream too!) There was no offer to compensate anything, even after I told the manager that I was waiting on the hostess to bring me back my card since my waiter walked off and never collected it - we had spent about 45 min just waiting on him to show up and actually stay at our table for a min. to see if we needed anything.
Needless to say, we won't be back again.
Pros: resteraunt manager is very polite and personal - great lady
