I ordered six light kits from Texas Light Bulb about three months ago. When this shipment came in it was discovered that two of the six were not what I had ordered. After several weeks of waiting for the correct light kits to come in, I started calling and asking about their status. Each time they said they'd check on it for me and call back. I never got a call back. Although it might not be there fault that the incorrect light kit was delivered in the first place, they have horrible customer service. They have shown no empathy for my situation either (living in bedrooms with brand new ceiling fans and no lights). Ealier this week they actually told me that I would have the two remaining light kits by the end of this week. Today there story changed and they are cancelling my order and suggested that I go find another store to buy my light kits from. They've dragged me along for months and now I've got to start shopping all over again. Viewing my remodel as a whole, these have been the worst people to deal with. STAY AWAY!
Cons: Will exhaust your patience. Poor customer service; don't return calls.
