Texas Overhead Door installed a garage door on one side and a garage door opener on the other side of our garage. It went fine. But the technician didn't have the light bulb for the unit. He told me he would bring one out, but he didn't. Then he said he would send one, but he didn't. So we didn't have light on the one side for a while. Otherwise it was good. They came out quick and did everything fine. more

Texas Overhead Door came in and put insulation in my garage door. My garage was too hot in the summer and too cold in the winter. We were losing energy through the house and garage, so they put insulation panels on. I'm glad they did it; it would have been too much of a job for me. They did an excellent job with the insulation and gave me tips on how to insulate the garage area if I needed too in the future. They also adjusted my garage door motor and replaced a spring for me that was worn out. Since they've done the work, the garage door performance has been excellent and I can tell a difference in the temperature in the garage. They were friendly, courteous, and professional. more

Originally I had called another door company and found out they just operate out of a home. They had a similar name to Texas Overhead Door, and so in my research as I was trying to find this place I actually found Texas Overhead Door. I called them and told them what had happened. We had a situation with a backdoor in my shop where I had gotten some misinformation. They felt bad that I had gotten that misinformation, so they immediately sent a tech out to my home to measure my doors. They had some suggestions and recommended I have a different style door put in. Because of this misinformation, they gave me a discounted price on my door. I didn't even have to be home for the install. I came back and it was done and everything was nice, square, and rolled nice. I was very pleased with everything: the pricing, installation, and support. more

We needed a door replaced. Texas Overhead Door came out pretty quickly. They came and installed the door in thirty minutes, so it was a quick turn around. They had replaced the door two or three years prior. So we had used them before and when the door broke again, their sticker was on the door.
